On June 10, the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) announced that it will grant portfolio managers the possibility to use client relationship management (CRM) specialists that will not provide stock-picking advice.
These CRM specialists will be subject to specific terms and conditions.
The Portfolio Management Association of Canada (PMAC) published a statement welcoming these changes.
