CA/CSA to Hold a Virtual Roundtable on Proposed Derivatives Rules

On August 12, the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) announced that it will host a virtual roundtable on the proposed derivatives business conduct rule to be adopted in the upcoming year. Industry and regulatory representatives will speak on two panels to discuss regulatory, implementation and compliance issues, including buy-side and sell-side perspectives and an update on OTC derivatives rules.
