The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) will launch SEDAR+ on June 13, 2023. This new, web-based technology platform will be used by market participants to file, disclose and search for information in Canada’s capital markets.

To transition to the new platform, CSA reminds filing organizations they have until April 14 to onboard in advance. Beyond this date, filers will need to register for an account once SEDAR+ is live.
