On September 22, The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) released a communication requiring, investment fund managers of Luxembourg-based UCITS and/or AIFs to submit reports to the CSSF through the new module “Investment firms reporting” in the eDesk portal starting September 30, 2021.
This follows the publication by the European Securities Market Authority (ESMA) of its guidelines on performance fees in UCITS and certain types of AIFs.
