The Open Banking Implementation Entity (OBIE), an organization leading the development and delivery of ‘open banking’ in the UK, has announced the launch of an app store to help individuals and companies find suitable Open Banking-enabled financial products for them.


With open banking technologies, consumers and small businesses can connect their bank accounts with authorised third parties. OBIE's Open Banking App Store currently has 67 apps classified as "consumer", "business" or "technical services".
